Please excuse my bra and lack of Spanx, but I wanted to let you see the odd fit I'm talking about. First off, there were 2 negative reviews and 1 glowing review, so I decided to try it. The 2 negative reviews mentioned cheap fabric and I respectfully disagree. The fabric is thin, that is true but it's not too thin. I live in south Texas, I get approximately 2 weeks of "coat weather" so I like the weight of this fabric because it allows for more opportunities to wear it. The color bronze is very beautiful and I think it would be flattering on any skintone. I wanted the teal color originally but it was unavailable. As you can see from the pictures, the fit is very unforgiving in the lady bit parts. It looks like I'm rocking a velvet diaper of sorts. The seam around the waist BEGS to be hidden by a belt, I prefer the thin belt look to the wide belt option. Unfortunately, once you place the belt, the front pleats are more pronounced and are basically "framing" your coochie-that's not the look I'm going for. In defense of this romper I must admit that I have a long torso making it near impossible to get rompers, pantsuits or bodysuits to fit me properly. The distance between the top of my shoulders to the crotch is too long for most of these items and it is the same with this piece. I have struggled to accept that I must return it because there isn't an option to go up a size. I was hoping that the large would have more material and maybe more distance from shoulder to crotch so that it would drape in a more flattering manner. There are no large options available at this time so back it goes. I will be checking back to see if the large restocks so that I can give this another try. I hope my review and pictures were helpful to you and have a blessed day. ?
