I bought this specifically for open water certification dives. Made it very easy to get in and out of wetsuit. I was also one of the few that didn’t have chattering teeth from the cold water, and I think this helped me to stay warm.I got a medium, even though I meant to order a large, and I think it was just the right fit, maybe a hair too small, but not uncomfortably so. For reference I am 5’11” and 153lbs.If I had to choose a complaint it would be that it has to be hand washed, but that is a byproduct of the material and not this specific brand or anything.
